While not always possible we aim to keep standard products in stock.
Newly launched or high demand products can run out of stock at any time.
Some products are limited production or custom orders and may not be re-stocked for various reasons.
Order Policy
Pricing displayed is the price of the product only and exclusive of taxes, shipping fees, customs duties and other related costs.
Shipping costs and Taxes will be calculated after you have entered a shipping address at checkout. You will then see the full order price.
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and tax charges. You should contact your local Customs or Government office for details.
We reserve the right to cancel orders deemed as suspicious, fraudulent or which cannot be delivered for various reasons.
To reduce the risk of credit card fraud, we are advised to cancel or limit orders where the Billing address does not match the Shipping address. Please Contact Us if you have a legitimate reason for the mismatched addresses.
Shipping Policy
We can ship to almost any address in the world.
There could be restrictions or delays on shipments to some destinations due to various reasons including but not limited to postal strikes, customs processing, inclement weather, remote location etc.
Tracked shipping is only available to residents of the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia.
Shipping details will be emailed to you after the shipment is processed.
Packages are processed for shipping on Tuesday and Friday of every week other than holidays.
We are unable to change shipping details once the shipment is with the shipping carrier.
We are unable to enquire about delayed or missing packages from your local postal service. It is up to you to follow up with your local postal service using the provided shipping information.
UK residents:
- Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class
- Delivery is usually 1-2 days after dispatch but can take longer.
USA residents:
- Royal Mail Tracked while in the UK and USPS Tracked when the shipment lands in the USA.
- Delivery is usually 5-10 days after dispatch but can take longer due to various reasons including but not limited to postal strikes, customs processing, inclement weather, remote location etc.
Canada residents:
Royal Mail Tracked while in the UK and Canada Post Tracked when the shipment lands in Canada.
Delivery is usually 10-15 days after dispatch but can take longer due to various reasons including but not limited to postal strikes, customs processing, inclement weather, remote location etc.
Australia residents:
Royal Mail Tracked while in the UK and Australia Post Tracked when the shipment lands in Australia.
Delivery is usually 10-20 days after dispatch but can take longer due to various reasons including but not limited to postal strikes, customs processing, inclement weather, remote location etc.
EU residents:
Royal Mail Tracked while in the UK and your local postal service when the shipment lands in your destination country.
Delivery is usually 5-10 days after dispatch but can take longer due to various reasons including but not limited to postal strikes, customs processing, inclement weather, remote location etc.
All other desitinations:
Royal Mail Tracked while in the UK and your local postal service when the shipment lands in your destination country.
Delivery times will vary due to reasons including but not limited to geographic distance, postal strikes, customs processing, inclement weather, remote location etc.
In some cases we can expedite shipping via Fedex, UPS or DHL. This will come at a cost of approximately $60 (USD). Please Contact Us if you wish for this expedited shipping process.
Cancellation Policy
If you request a cancelation prior to shipment of the goods, we will refund the entire value of the order.
We cannot cancel an order which has already shipped.
We cannot cancel special orders due to the nature of them being custom made.
We reserve the right to cancel orders deemed as suspicious, fraudulent or which cannot be delivered for various reasons.
Returns Policy
We are unable to accept returns on special orders due to the nature of them being custom made.
We are unable to accept returns from destinations which do not offer Tracked services.
UK residents only:
Returns have to be made in person and items will be checked before a refund is issued.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds will incur a 15% deduction based on the price of the product.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks.
Outside the UK:
Due to an increased risk of fraudulent orders and bespoke nature of our products we are forced to limit returns for orders shipped outside the UK.
Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items.
Items have to be received and checked by us before a refund is issued.
Refunds will incur a 15% deduction based on the price of the product.
Shipping costs and Customs Duties are not refundable.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose your information to third parties other than when the order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
