Returns and Cancellations
If you request cancellation of your order prior to us shipping the item/s, we will refund the entire value of the order, including all charges.
For orders shipping to United Kingdom, returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the item/s, if you wish to return item/s after this period, please contact us and we will do our best to help on a case by case basis.
5 SPURS LTD reserves the right to refuse any package/s returned to us without prior notice or authorization.
If the item/s supplied are correct and non-defective, the shipping charge is non-refundable and any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered).
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit applied to your account. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use Royal Mail or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of a 5 SPURS employee will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment.
We will not accept the return of an item that is damaged or defective by it being used, installed or modified.
Please inspect all orders as soon as you receive them and if there are issues arising regarding the item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours.
If the product is damaged during shipment, 5 SPURS will replace the product at no charge.
In the case a replacement product is provided, if the original item is not returned within 30 days the customer will be held responsible for the cost of the original and replacement item that was provided.
If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense. There are certain items that cannot be returned. For a list of those products, please see “Non-Returnable Products” below.
For international orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom – All sales are final for international orders and no returns are allowed.
Returns will not be accepted for any of the following items:
Non-defective used or installed items.
Painted, tampered or modified items.
Correctly supplied Special Order products are not returnable.
